■❘ Tapered Implants 

Inclusive ® Tapered Implants are machined from high-grade titanium alloy and incorporate design 

features for achieving high primary stability, crestal bone preservation, soft tissue maintenance, 

maximum bone-to-implant contact, natural root shape, and compatibility with popular prosthetic 

components and instrumentation. Inclusive Tapered Implants are available in three major diameters, 

each of which is available in five lengths. Two standard prosthetic platform sizes (3.5 mm, 4.5 mm) 

minimizes the number of system components and simplifies the restorative process.

All instruments associated with the Inclusive Tapered Implant system are machined from high-quality, 

corrosion-resistant, surgical stainless steel.

Features and Benefits 

The Surgical Instrument Tray allows the clinician to easily organize, store and transport the components 

of the Inclusive Tapered Implant System. It has been designed for ease of use, with component markings 

and angled rows for easy identification and to help maximize space. The durable, synthetic material is 

autoclavable and provides a snug, secure fit. 

Drills are arranged from left to right in order of increasing diameter / bone density, with color-coded fields 

to indicate the corresponding diameter of Inclusive Tapered Implant. 

Sterilization 

It is recommended that the Surgical Instrument Tray be steam-sterilized for twenty (20) minutes at 

132°C/270°F minimum. 

General Cleaning Tips: 

■ Observe universal precautions for the handling of contaminated or biohazardous materials. 

■ Clean promptly after each use, to prevent biological fluids and tissues from drying on the 

instruments. 

■ When applicable, disassemble parts and instruments prior to cleaning. 

■ Do not rely solely on automatic cleaning. Thorough manual cleaning is recommended. 

■ Preliminary cleaning should consist of wiping parts, soaking them in a lukewarm enzymatic 

solution for a minimum of twenty (20) minutes, and rinsing them with running water. 

■ Routine cleaning should consist of (a) washing parts using a broad spectrum cleaning 

solution, followed by thorough rinsing and drying; and (b) sonicate parts fully submerged in 

cleaning solution for at least ten (10) minutes, preferably at 45-50kHz, followed by thorough 

rinsing and drying.

Inclusive Dental Implants are packaged sterile by gamma irradiation, and are intended for single-use 

only, prior to the expiration date. Do not use implants if packaging has been compromised or previously 

opened. Packaging consists of a shrink-wrapped vial inside a robust heat-sealed plastic pouch. Please 

refer to the individual product label for all relevant product information and cautions. Printed label includes 

convnenient peel-off stickers for individual case records.

■❘ Inclusive Tooth Replacement Solution

Submit your case to Glidewell Laboratories 

Following a complete diagnostic evaluation, submit your 

digital or conventional impression to Glidewell Laboratories, 

along with a Tooth Replacement Solution Rx denoting 

tooth number, shade, and the desired implant size. 

With this information, the lab will fabricate a prosthetic 

guide, which will help to guide the location and angulation 

of the implant during placement. To prepare the soft 

tissue for a natural emergence profile, technicians skilled 

in the use of CAD/CAM technology will design and mill 

a custom healing abutment, a custom temporary abutment, 

and a BioTemps ® provisional crown for sculpting 

gingival contours during the healing phase. A matching 

custom impression coping for communication of the final 

gingival architecture to the laboratory will also be included. 

Place implant and custom temporary components 

For the day of surgery, you will receive in a special case 

box the implant, surgical drills, and prosthetic drilling 

stent with which to place the implant. You may then immediately 

temporize with the custom temporary abutment 

and BioTemps provisional crown, or deliver the 

custom healing abutment. 

Send final impression to Glidewell Laboratories 

Upon successful completion of the healing phase, simply 

remove the custom temporary (or custom healing abutment) 

and place the custom impression coping to precisely 

capture the gingival architecture with the impression. 

INCLUSIVE TOOTH REPLACEMENT SOLUTION 

Glidewell Laboratories’ specialized CAD/CAM technicians 

will use your impression to design and mill an Inclusive 

® Custom Abutment (titanium or zirconia) and 

BruxZir ® Solid Zirconia crown for final delivery.

Deliver final restoration 

Seat the final Inclusive Custom Abutment and BruxZir 

Solid Zirconia crown. The precise nature of the digital 

design process should minimize the need for chairside 

adjustment. The patient is ready to enjoy a new smile!

Shipping Policy

Terms 

All accounts are payable within 30 days of invoice date. Accounts not paid within the stated terms

Product Return Policy 

Products that are not defective in material or workmanship may be returned at the customer's 

expense for credit within 30 days of invoice date. All returned products must meet the following 

conditions: 

■ A copy of the original invoice must accompany the products. 

■ Products must be packaged to arrive at the seller's facility undamaged. 

■ Discontinued, obsolete, expired, damaged, or opened items will not be accepted for return. 

■ Amount credited will be based on invoice price, less 15 percent for restocking fee.

Warranty 

Glidewell Direct warrants all Inclusive Dental Implant materials manufactured by Prismatik Dentalcraft, 

Inc. and bearing its name to be free from defects in material and workmanship on the date of sale by an 

authorized Glidewell Direct representative to the original purchaser for use. With the exception of any 

special, extended, or limited warranty published by Glidewell Direct, Glidewell Direct will, for a period 

of one year, issue credit for, or repair or replace, any part determined to be defective. 

This warranty is conditioned upon the prepaid return of the equipment or materials claimed to be 

defective to Glidewell Direct for verification of the claimed defect. If the claimed defect is verified, 

Glidewell Direct will repair or replace free of charge any defective parts. 

The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential 

damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or any other incidental or consequential 

loss) shall be available.
