Using CAD-Designed Cast Frameworks to
Reinforce Overdentures

the acrylic denture base; however, incorporating a cast framework
into the prosthesis is one way to avoid this problem. In this article,

can be virtually designed and fabricated to reinforce three types of
implant-retained overdentures.
