The largest wind farm in the<br />
southern hemisphere worth $1<br />
billion will be built in Victoria’s<br />
west over the next three years.<br />
It will be developed between the<br />
towns of Macarthur, Hawkesdale<br />
and Penshurst within the Shire of<br />
Moyne and is due for completion<br />
in 2013. The wind farm will have<br />
140 turbines with a total capacity<br />
