We’d like to wish you all a happy & successful <strong>2013</strong>. We are<br />

pleased to offer you our new seasonal ranges for Valentines,<br />

Mothering Sunday & Easter.<br />

Following the success of last<br />

year’s decoration items, we<br />

have included some new<br />

ones including a cannelloni<br />

shaped chocolate cup and a<br />

bronze egg shell.<br />

EVENTS<br />

We start this year with more events<br />

with our key suppliers. Gerard Dubois,<br />

pastry chef, master chocolatier and<br />

owner of La Rose<br />

Noire will be<br />

presenting our<br />

whole range of<br />

La Rose Noire.<br />

He will be ably<br />

assisted by Jerome Dreux, our Sales<br />

Development Chef, who will be<br />

presenting recipes using their range.<br />

February sees the return<br />

of 2009 Swiss Chocolate<br />

Masters winner, Fabian<br />

Saenger. He brings to<br />

us great knowledge<br />

and experience from<br />

all around Switzerland<br />

in the Grandest Hotels.<br />

Fabian has been working at Kambly SA (Swiss fine pastry<br />

producers) in research and development and has now<br />

started his own business “Chocolate Culinary”. He joined<br />

the CHOCOLATE ACADEMY center Zurich team at<br />

the beginning of 2011. He will be demonstrating our Carma<br />

range, with Grab & Go ideas and chocolate desserts.<br />
