year’s decoration items, we

EVENTS
We start this year with more events
with our key suppliers. Gerard Dubois,
pastry chef, master chocolatier and
owner of La Rose
Noire will be
presenting our
whole range of
La Rose Noire.
He will be ably
assisted by Jerome Dreux, our Sales
Development Chef, who will be
presenting recipes using their range.
February sees the return
of 2009 Swiss Chocolate
Masters winner, Fabian
Saenger. He brings to
us great knowledge
and experience from
all around Switzerland
in the Grandest Hotels.
Fabian has been working at Kambly SA (Swiss fine pastry
producers) in research and development and has now
started his own business “Chocolate Culinary”. He joined
the CHOCOLATE ACADEMY center Zurich team at
the beginning of 2011. He will be demonstrating our Carma
range, with Grab & Go ideas and chocolate desserts.
