Industrial Glass Bonding
For industrial glass bonding, Bohle has developed a new product
range which, with innovative tools for the automation of bonding
processes and intelligent accessories, allows efficient and, at the
same time, precise serial production. The most important new
products are a multi-functional bonding table, a light tunnel with
variable settings as well as a professional, portable bonding unit.

UV Adhesive VERIFIX LV 740
» Ideal for Glass
Constructions Subject
to Static and Dynamic
Forces «
The new UV adhesive VERIFIX LV 740 is a low viscosity adhesive
and, due to its extremely good capillary action, is exceptionally
suitable for bonding glass to glass or toughened glass to toughened
glass. It is especially distinguished by its high bonding
strength coupled with good elasticity.
Its special composition makes the VERIFIX LV 740 visibly clear and
has long-term resistance to yellowing. Its main fields of application
are objects or glass constructions subject to static as well as
dynamic forces.

Two-Component
Acrylate Adhesive
The Bohle two-component acrylate (BO 5500501) is an adhesive
for crystal clear bonding of different materials like glass, many
metals and some plastics. This product is ideal for applications
where UV bonding is not possible. Further advantages are its easy
use and very short curing time.
