One Handed Bar Clamp Family
18 years ago we revolutionised the clamping
industry by developing the first one-handed
bar clamp under the Quick-Grip ® brand. 4 years
ago we launched the Quick-Grip ® XP which was
the world’s first one-handed bar clamp, with five
patents pending, specifically
designed for gluing applications.
The clamp offers “Xtreme Pressure” which is
two times greater than all of its competitors. Since
the launch of the Quick-Grip ® XP we have listened
to our consumers feedback and made significant
improvements to make this product truly the best
one handed bar clamp on the market. Full face
pads and a supporting foot have been added, plus
lockable swivel jaws to ensure that both jaws are
always parallel and pressure is evenly distributed
when gluing.
To further enhance the IRWIN Quick-Grip ® family,
serious improvements have been made to the
original Quick-Grip ® Quick-Change product
to improve the hold load pressure of the clamp
to 135kg’s of pressure plus further expand the
applications which the product is able to be used
for. A lockable swivel feature has been added to
the jaw of the clamp which allows uneven surfaces
to be clamped now with ease.
Through differentiation on the Packaging and
the new Point-of-Sale materials, we help the user
to choose the right clamp for the right application.
This will happen by implementing a clear good –
better – best range architecture, using Bronze/
Silver/Gold medals that state the average
clamping force of the product.
