INSPIRATIONS
To make the tulle overlay
for wedding dress, simply
disassemble two, curly-edged
tulle veils from their headpieces.
Cut a length of ribbon (be sure
to allow enough to wrap around
waist and for a loopy bow and
lengthy streamers). Lightly iron
tulle and stitch top of veils to
length of ribbon.
Lengths of sheer ribbon float
around this romantic piece.
Using a two-tiered veil with a curlyedge,
we simply trailed lengths of
delicate floral-embellished ribbon
from the top of the veil. We secured
ends of ribbon to comb base using
a few quick stitches.
