FINISHING:<br />

• Find cowl seam and gather it together.<br />

• Wrap belt around cowl seam.<br />

• Sew belt closed with tapestry needle using a whip<br />

stitch.<br />

• Flip belt inside out to hide seam.<br />

• Add a button or pin to the belt as desired.<br />
