General Conditions
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
A large number of hotel rooms have been reserved by Pacific World (PW) in various hotels. These represent
different price categories and offer discounted room rates for the OHBM 2012. Only reservations made
through Pacific World will benefit from these preferentially secured rates.
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and requests received after 2 nd May, 2012 cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis, availability of rooms in each category is limited. Name
of persons sharing rooms must be indicated.
Check in time is after 2:00PM on arrival day and check out time is before 12:00 noon time on departure day.
Late checkout till 6:00PM is chargeable at 50% of the rate quoted. Check out after 6:00PM is subject to a onenight
charge. All late checkout requests is subject to availability.
Rates will be indicated in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to currency exchange fluctuation. Only guaranteed
reservations will be accepted: to guarantee your reservation a deposit covering one night will be required, either
by bank transfer or by credit card.
Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Please note that any changes or cancellations made to your reservation
must be made in writing and emailed to Pacific World. Pacific World reserves the right to confirm bookings in
other price categories if the requested category is fully booked. Hotel reservations will only be confirmed by
Pacific World upon receipt of the deposit payment (see payment section).
Confirmations are sent by email. If you do not receive any confirmation within 14 days, it is your responsibility
to check back with Pacific World.
Your request and acceptance of our conditions are considered firm and the cancellation conditions apply as
soon as a room has been booked.
Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be processed!
Payments
To guarantee the reservation a deposit covering the first night of your stay is required upon booking. The
remaining amount due will be charged on your credit card on April 2nd, 2012. All payments must be made in
RMB payable to Pacific World. No confirmation will be sent until the payment has been received/ processed.
Please indicate the participant's name and “OHBM 2012" on all payments.
From May 2nd 2012 only payments made by credit card will be accepted. Please note that a 3% charge will be
applicable to all payment made by credit cards.
All prices quoted are in USD and payment to be made in either USD or RMB

Please enter all relevant information on the Application form and sign for authorization. It is also imperative
that the credit card holder name is clearly mentioned. At the same time, please provide a copy of credit card of
both sides to Pacific World. Please note that a 3% charge will be applicable to all payment made by credit card.
• By bank transfer
Please send the deposit in either US or RMB corresponding to the requested category. Please make sure that the
name of the participant is mentioned on the bank transfer. Unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed.
We request that you do not use the bank transfer facility after May 2 nd 2012.
Cancellation Conditions
All cancellations must be sent to Pacific World in writing (fax, letter or email); please note that hotels will not
accept any changes directly.
• Until April 2 nd 2012, deposit will be refunded less an administrative charge of 30%.
• For cancellations received between April 2 nd and May 17, one room night will be charged.
• For cancellations received after May 18, no shows or early check-out, the full stay will be due and no refund
will be possible
