Safety Trocars for Trocar Sleeves 


Sicherheitstrokare mit selbstsichernder Schutzabdeckung (Obturator). Durch Drehen 

des schwarzen Aktivierungsrings wird der Sicherheitstrokar entsichert. Der Obturator 

gleitet beim Einstechen zurück und gibt die Trokarspitze frei. Nach dem Durchdringen 

der Bauchdecke schiebt sich der Obturator wieder vor die Trokarspitze und verriegelt 

sich hierbei automatisch, um Verletzungen innerhalb des Abdomens vorzubeugen. 

The safety trocar with safety shield is loaded by turning the black activating ring. The 

safety shield slides back when pressure is applied to the abdominal wall. Once the 

trocar tip enters the abdominal cavity, the safety shield automatically covers the tip to 

prevent injury to the patient.

Um 360° drehbare Instrumenten-Einsätze erleichtern das operative 

Vorgehen. 

Wirtschaftliches System, da alle Instrumententeile untereinander austauschbar 

sind und separat nachbestellt werden können. 

Freie Auswahl unter verschiedenen Handgriffen (siehe Seiten 16 und 17). 

Verfügbar in Durchmessern von 5 mm und 10 mm sowie in Schaftlängen von 

335 mm und 460 mm. Auf Wunsch auch in anderen Schaftlängen lieferbar! 

Sterilisierbar im Autoklav bei 2 bar Überdruck (134°C). 

The marked (*) instruments are insulated up to the double action jaws. Therefore maximum 

safety is assured. 

The high-grade insulation of the tubes makes it almost impossible to shrink. Furthermore this 

insulation is non-conductive to electricity. 

It is easy to disassemble and assemble the LapForce I instruments and therefore it will shorten the 

process of cleaning. 

The 360° rotation of the shaft makes it easy to operate. 

The system of LapForce I is very economical because all parts are completely interchangeable and 

therefore can be ordered separately. 

You can choose between different handles (pages 16 and 17). 

The system is available in the diameters of 5 mm and 10 mm. The shaft lengths are 335 

mm and 460 mm. Extra lengths available on request!

KONSTRUKTION: Ein wesentlicher Nachteil der 

den meisten heute verfügbaren Zangenkörpern 

anhaftet, ist die Relativbewegung der Elektrode 

zum Gewebe beim Fassen des Gewebes. Mit der 

Konstruktion der neuen bipolaren HF-Instrumente 

mit Wechselelektroden ist dieser Mangel behoben. 

HANDGRIFF: Ein offen gestaltetes hochwertiges 

Kunststoffgehäuse erlaubt die gute Reinigung. Es 

beinhaltet die Elektrodenaufnahme mit einem einfach 

bedienbaren Elektroden-Verriegelungsmechanismus. 

Das Anschlußkabel wird über einen 

Bajonettverschluß mit der Elektrode verbunden. 

Beim Anschluß ist die Drehlage der Elektrode nicht 

zu beachten, ein schneller und störungsfreier 

Instrumentenanschluß wird dadurch gewährleistet. 

Ein ergonomisch günstig positioniertes Rändelrad 

erlaubt die Rotationsbewegung des Aktors durch 

den Anwender. 

INSTRUMENTENSCHAFT: Mit wenigen Gewindegängen 

wird der Schaft mit dem Handgriff verbunden. 

Er besteht aus zwei Rohren ohne verlierbare 

Kleinteile. 

ELEKTRODE: Die Elektroden sind als Wechseleinsätze 

konzipiert und erfüllen so die Voraussetzungen 

für die vollständige Zerlegbarkeit. 

CONSTRUCTION: A major disadvantage that most 

of today’s bipolar forceps have is retraction of the 

electrodes into the shaft. The design of the new 

bipolar HF-instruments with interchangeable electrodes 

eleminate this problem. 

HANDLE: Our high quality plastic open handle 

design allows for easier cleaning. The handle includes 

a simple serviceable electrode mechanism. 

The active cord completely covers the connector 

for added safety. An ergonomicly positioned rotation 

wheel simplifies its use. 

INSTRUMENT SHAFT: The shaft consists of two 

tubes, thereby reducing the risk of loosing small 

parts during the cleaning process. It easily 

connects to the handle. 

ELECTRODE: These bipolar forceps are manufactured 

so that the surgeon can benefit from the easy 

replacement of the electrode during the procedure.
