Registration and Cancellation Policy
Registration fees include conference attendance, syllabus, lunch and refreshment
breaks. Paid-in-full registration is required for admittance. Walk-in registrations are
welcome. Written notice of cancellation postmarked by September 10, 2011 will
receive a refund of total registration paid, less a $25 administrative fee. The registration
fee is non-refundable for cancellations received after the cancellation date.
Accreditation Statement
The Inova Office of Continuing Medical Education is accredited by the Medical
Society of Virginia to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation
The Office of Continuing Medical Education for Inova Health System designates this
live activity for a maximum of 6.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Physicians should
claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Physicians may claim up to 6.5 credits in Type 1 CME on the Virginia Board of
Medicine Continued Competency and Assessment Form required for renewal of
an active medical license in Virginia.
