Section 14. Maintenance <strong>of</strong> Impound Lot<br />
The Tow Company shall maintain the Impound Lot in good condition. Proper precautions and<br />
procedures in accordance with Hazardous Materials handling shall be followed in the event <strong>of</strong><br />
any vehicle oil or gasoline leakage.<br />
Section 15. Termination <strong>of</strong> Contract<br />
The violation <strong>of</strong> any provisions <strong>of</strong> this <strong>contract</strong> will result in termination by the Mayor and <strong>City</strong><br />
Council upon recommendation from the Police Commission.<br />
Section 16. Penalties<br />
The Police Commission shall serve as the reviewing body for violations and penalties <strong>of</strong> this<br />
agreement.<br />
