The first shift shall receive the regular hourly rate, the second shift shall receive the regular rate plus 15%, inclusive of benefits, and the third shift shall receive the regular rate plus 20%, inclusive of benefits. - When there is no day shift, and a second or third shift is established, it shall be established on an 8 hour basis. The second shift shall receive the regular rate plus 15%, inclusive of benefits, and the third shift shall receive the regular rate plus 20%, inclusive of benefits. OVERTIME: - Hours in excess of 8 per day, or before or after the regular workday, that are not shift work, and all hours on Saturdays shall be paid at time and one-half the regular rate for the first two hours, inclusive of benefits.
