CERTIFIED PRODUCTS<br />
3. Product testing and, where applicable, factory evaluation by HKSI;<br />
4. Granting of the <strong>Hong</strong> <strong>Kong</strong> <strong>Safety</strong> <strong>Mark</strong> License by HKSI if the results of the above evaluation are satisfactory;<br />
and<br />
5. Performing routine surveillance (once every year) and type test assessments (once every 6 years) by HKSI after<br />
the license is granted and, depending on the product type, the routine surveillance will be either:<br />

Routine Inspection Visit at the factory; or<br />
<strong>Mark</strong>et Sampling Surveillance on samples obtained from the market.<br />
