J - Harrison County

WHEREAS, the Board adopted an Order to fill the swimming pool located at 604 Sandy
Hook Drive, Pass Christian, MS 39571, Parcel No. 02120-02-023.000, and directed the Code
Office to proceed with filling the swimming pool with the cost thereof, up to $10,000.00, to be
assessed as a lien against the property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION I. The findings, conclusions, and statements of fact contained in the foregoing
preamble are hereby adopted, ratified, and incorporated herein.
SECTION II.
That the Code Enforcement Officer shall immediately proceed to fill the
swimming pool located at 604 Sandy Hook Drive, Pass Christian, MS 39571, being Parcel No.
02120-02-023.000.
SECTION III.
That the cost of filling the swimming pool shall be assessed as a lien on
the herein described property in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.

foregoing Order, whereupon the question was put to a vote with the following results:
