Diamondhead, Mississippi
39525, and advised that due to a change of address, the hearing scheduled
for August 3,2009, would have be reset to the September Board Meeting.
WHEREAS, on August 3, 2009, the Harrison County Board of Supervisors reset the hearing
Tuesday, September 8,
2009, at 10:00 a.m., in the Board Meeting Room of the Harrison County
Courthouse at Gulfport, Mississippi.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON
COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
The findings, conclusions, and statements of fact contained in the foregoing
preamble are hereby adopted, ratified, and incorporated herein.
SECTION II.

The majority of the members present having voted in the affirmative, the Motion was declared
carried, and the Order adopted on this the 3 rd day of August 2009.

016.000, shall be notified by registered mail, return receipt requested, to their current address of 6809
Hila Street, Diamondhead, Mississippi 39525, of a hearing on said matter for Tuesday, September 8,
2009, at 10:00 a.m., in the Board Meeting Room of the Harrison County Courthouse, Gulfport,
Mississippi, to determine whether or not the swimming pool located on said property is filled/secured and
if not, shall be filled/secured by the County, with the cost of same being assessed as a lien against the
property in an amount not to exceed $10,000.
Supervisor CONNIE M. ROCKCO seconded the Motion to adopt the above and foregoing Order,
whereupon the question was put to a vote with the following results:
