CBA FOR HEALTH DEPARTMENTS<br />
Goal: Strengthening organizational infrastructure,<br />
interventions, strategies, community planning,<br />
monitoring and evaluation <strong>for</strong> HIV prevention.<br />
We can provide CBA to HDs in two ways:<br />
1. To build <strong>capacity</strong> of <strong>health</strong> <strong>departments</strong> and their staff<br />
2. To mentor <strong>health</strong> department staff in providing CBA (TA<br />
and training) to their funded CBOs.<br />
