AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008: Appeared in 72 sets, recordeing
at least 10 kills four times... season-high 15 kills in a five set win
over UC Irvine... tallied 11 kills on .526 hitting and a season-high
seven blocks in a five set win over Pacific... recorded two service
aces at Lewis... for the season, hit at a .309 clip... averaged 0.83
blocks per set.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Santa Fe Christian HS in Solana
Beach, Calif…. division IV CIF runner-up in 2005… earned
division II CIF runner-up in water polo in 2007… earned allleague
honors for volleyball and recorded a career-best 39 kills in
one match and 15 saves as a goalkeeper on the water polo team.
PERSONAL: Born November 20, 1989… parents are Joe
and Teresa Ross… parents are gruadates of Cal Poly San Luis
Obispo… has two siblings named Alex and Nathan… a Mechanical
Engineering major in Sixth College.

as a freshman... recorded 10 kills on .318 hitting at Stanford... also
added three blocks and a .938 reception percentage.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Canyon HS where he was named
first-team All-Foothill League in 2007 and second-team in 2006…
volleyball team advanced to the second-round of the CIF playoffs
and won the Arcadia and Segerstrom tournaments in 2006… club
teams included the 2005 SC Elite, 2005 West Coast 17s, 2006 West
Coast 18s, 2006 SMBC 18 2s and the 2007 SMBC 18 2s… 2007
junior Olympic all club team selection.
