2) F.Sc.(Pre-Engg) or equivalent certificate
3) Domicile certificate of Punjab Province
4) Hafiz-e-Quran certificate
5) Entry Test Marks certificate
6) IBCC equivalence certificate if applicable.
In case an applicant has passed Matric & F.Sc. (Pre-Engg) from institution other than Punjab
Province but has domicile of Punjab the following additional documents are also to be
attached:-
1. A photocopy of father’s domicile certificate of Punjab Province.
2. Copy of Electoral Roll of the concerned area of the Punjab
Province/Federal Capital Area, Islamabad issued by the Election Officer
Punjab containing the name of applicant’s father.
3. A photocopy of the National Identity Card of the applicant’s father.
