Regular preventative maintenance will add many hours to the life of your pressure washer. Perform maintenance more often under severe conditions. Pump Oil Check Valve Clearance Water Filter MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE Inspect Change Inspect Clean 25 Hours or Weekly Yearly Yearly Every 6 Hours or Daily Yearly PRESSURE WASHER Troubleshooting Guide OIL CHANGE RECORD Check pump oil level before first use. Change pump oil after first 50 hours and every month or 500 hours thereafter. Use SAE 30 weight oil.
