Day 1 – Other World
Task 1 – Following the mouse
The screen will fade and a scene will play. After the scene finishes,
you have to follow the mouse until you catch him! The mouse will
first run downstairs, then into the dining room. Walk into the dining
room where the mouse is standing, and he will get on top of the
table. Once you get to him there, he'll jump onto the cabinet by the
blue umbrella. After trying to catch him there, he'll run into the
kitchen and wait on top of the refrigerator. As soon as
you get to him there, he'll run down the hallway to the living room,
and jump on a shelf near the shelves that the blue boots were on.
He will get away once more and you'll find him near the wall to the
left of the fireplace. Moving around the couch will start the next
scene. This will take you into the Other World.
Task 2 – Gathering the ingredients
After the scene plays, go into the Kitchen and talk to Other Mother. She will give you the task of finding everything
needed to make yummy pancakes. All of the items needed can be found by looking for orange triangles near the
item. You have to find all six items before time runs out! The locations for the items you need are as follows:
Kitchen – The mixer is on a shelf to the right of the refrigerator.
Kitchen – The eggs are located in the refrigerator. To open the door to the refrigerator, stand in front of it
and interact when prompted.
Kitchen – The pan is hanging from a rack above the cutting board. You will have to move the orange box
and set it on the ground. Once the box is out of the way, climb up onto the cutting board and grab it.
Kitchen – The box of batter is on top of a cabinet to the left of the kitchen door. To reach it, move the
orange box from the cutting board. Set the box down in front of the cabinet and climb the box to reach it.
Dining Room – The mixing bowl is on the end of the table furthest away from the entryway of the kitchen.
Dining Room – The plate you need is in the China Cabinet along the wall to the left of the entryway into the
kitchen. To reach it, move the cabinet near the mixing bowl in front of the China Cabinet. Climb the cabinet
to grab the plate.
Task 3 – Stirring the batter
After all the items are collected for making yummy pancakes, go back to Other Mother and talk to her. She will tell
you that you have to stir the batter for the pancakes. All you have to do is follow the directions on screen before
time runs out!
Task 4 – Finding Other Father
After making pancake batter, you have to talk with Other Father. Go into Father’s Study and a scene will play. After
the scene is over, a mini-game will start. All you have to do is press the button prompt when it meets the orange
bar on the bottom left side of the screen. Press the buttons as they meet the orange bar, but be careful if you miss
a few buttons! The meter in the top right corner of the screen shows how well you are doing. Keep it from emptying
with correct button presses and you will complete the game. Once the game is complete, go back into the kitchen
and talk to Other Mother.
