COMPLETE YOUR DOCKETS CORRECTLY FOR SPEEDY PAYMENT

1. Write your Driver’s name and Driver Authority Number in full and clearly. Don’t forget these
dockets are machine read so write clearly – for example don’t let your 5 look like an S.
2. Fill in the correct date of the trip and be specific about the locations.
3. When writing the Taxi Number and indicate whether it is a T/TC plate.
4. Write the total fare in numbers and in words, and make sure they are for the same amounts.
5. Don’t forget to get the passenger to sign the docket.
6. Make sure you complete all the fare fields including the Subsidy Amount.
PREMIER DOCKETS
1. Use Premier Dockets for all radio jobs marked ‘Premier Dkt Only’.
2. Complete all fields on the top section of the docket.
3. Make sure the passenger completes all fields on the lower section and signs the docket.
4. Record as much information as possible to ensure you can fully justify payment.
5. Ensure the fare has been booked via the Premier Communications Centre. You can’t use
these dockets for hailings or bookings made outside the Premier Communications Centre.
