APPLICATION<br />
Removal of particles, oil degradation products and<br />
water from oil, as well as neutralisation of acids - the<br />
CJC <strong>Fine</strong> <strong>Filter</strong> <strong>27</strong>/<strong>27</strong>/<strong>AL</strong> is used for the maintenance<br />
of a various number of oils and fluids. Typical<br />
applications in industry and power industry are, e.g.:<br />
• hydraulic oil<br />
(presses, test benches, cranes etc.)<br />
• lubrication oil<br />
(bearings, gears, engines, turbines etc.)<br />
• HFD fluids / phosphoric acid ester<br />
(control systems etc.)<br />
• insulating oil<br />
• tap changer oil<br />
• fuel, diesel<br />
(engines, storage tanks)<br />
• aqueous fluids and emulsions<br />
• flame proof fluids<br />
OFFLINE-FILTRATION<br />
CJC <strong>Fine</strong> <strong>Filter</strong>s are installed offline - in addition to<br />
the inline filters - because only with an offline filtration<br />
is it possible to filter to a range of 1 µm (nominal).<br />
Because only with an offline filtration the fluid flow<br />
rate can be optimally adjusted. The oil can flow slowly<br />
through the filter insert so that even the smallest<br />
contaminant particles will deposit in the depth of the<br />
filter material.<br />
The CJC <strong>Fine</strong> <strong>Filter</strong> has to be connected in a separate<br />
circuit to the system tank. The oil should be drawn<br />
from the system tank (at lowest point) and returned<br />
to the tank near the suction point of the main system<br />
pump.<br />
Note that the return point preferably should be<br />
non-pressurized. Contact us in case this is not<br />
possible.<br />
