Sumitomo Termination Sleeves 

SUMITUBE® STS H-M and H-ML series immersion resistant shield terminators 

provide a rugged and environmentally sealed soldered connection which is 

completely insulated, encapsulated and strain-relieved. They are normally 

supplied with either pre-installed ground leads (H-ML Series) or no leads 

(H-M Series). Both series of parts offer installation which is rapid, 

convenient and easy. 

In addition to meeting MIL-Spec performance requirements of 

SAE-AS-83519, SUMITUBE® STS H-M and H-ML series shield 

terminators provide the added benefits of increased operating 

temperatures, choice of color coded ground leads and different 

ground lead types, including metal braid.

Dzus Rail 

Acts as a supporting frame for the panels or removable parts to 

be fastened, with continuous holes for stud engagement and rivet 

mounting on 3/8”centers. The rail is riveted to a support member 

and the stud panel rests against the strip face having the stud holes. 

The rails are made of aluminum alloy 6061-T6 with a continuous 

rigid stainless steel wire Type 316, condition B, spring temper, staked 

across the underside of the stud holes. The fastened panel rests on 

the strip and it’s captive 1/4-turn studes engage the rigid wire.

Michel Testers and Static Pitot Adapter 

Michel 2210 NavComm Ramp Tester 

The NC 2210 Tester is optimized for ramp testing of navigation 

and communication equipment. The unit provides test signals for 

marker beacon, communication, localizer, glide slope, and VOR. 

Also included, is a wide band comm receiver with AGC (Automatic 

Gain Control) to permit evaluation of comm transmitter AM fidelity. 

The unit has improvements over the 2200, which it replaces. The 

improvements include the following: 

• Higher RF power 

• Precise localizer and glide slope deflection 

• Calibrated VOR bearings at 10 degree increments 

• Crystal controlled modulation frequencies 

• Longer battery life 

• Internal antenna with adjustable length 

• Smaller size 

Michel ATC 3300 Transponder Test Set 

The 3300 is designed to test ATC transponders on the bench as well 

as when they are installed in aircraft. As such the 3300 contains 

an interrogation transmitter. The intended range of the 

interrogation is less than 100 ft. 

When used for Ramp testing the interrogation signal 

is comprised of pulse groups (PG) transmitted at a 

PRF of 235 PG/S. A pulse group consists of 3 or 4 

pulses with a nominal width of 0.80 microseconds.

SPA Static Port Adapter Kit 

Your Static Port Adapter kit is adaptable to most any aircraft static port. It’s 

rugged and versatile construction allows it to be used even where there 

are obstacles and/or curvature to the aircraft skin. The spring loaded static 

port tube ensures constant pressure on the static port and the 3 moveable 

legs allow an infinite number of mounting configurations. Also, your 

kit is supplied with an assortment of interchangeable soft rubber 

vacuum cups for the static port tube which allows the user to adapt 

the unit to his specific size of static port. The rugged DC vacuum 

pump* can run for hours under load and provides plenty of suction to 

keep the adapter firmly secured to the aircraft skin. The pump features 

an “ON” annunciator light and it is protected with a 5 AMPS fuse.
