KB 200C is a fully refurbished “back in” double stand Workover Rig capable for heavy
workover as well as medium depth drilling operations. The redesigned freestanding KB 200C
has a small footprint and a fast rig up and rig down capability. The rig was manufactured in
1997.
Dimensions in transport position:
converting the drive from the axles to the hoisting system, which is mainly driven by a chain
compound.
Furthermore a second PTO is driving a Chelsea 852 series hydraulic pump, which powers:
• 2x2 stabilizers,
• 2x telescopic outriggers for rig up the first mast section,
• 1x hydraulic winch in the second mast part for rig up the second mast section
• 1x hydraulic auxiliary winch with a capacity of 3 t
2.1 Caterpillar 3406 & Allison CLT 754DB
The Cat 3406C is a fuel injected in-line, six-cylinder diesel engine used in a wide range of
heavy duty equipment applications. This engine is designed to resist wear and tear at high
heat levels thanks to a turbocharged after cooler and hard-faced intake/exhaust valves that
rotate three degrees with each lift to ensure proper valve seating and distribution of heat.
The 3406 with 460 BHP at 2100 rpm is a considered one of Cat's medium-sized engines
Allison CLT 754DB is a five gear pneumatic controlled transmission

Dimensions: Height 3,98m, Width 4,82, Length 2,47,
Drillers Stand and Brake assembly is adjustable to the Workfloor.
This design is for Workover only. Optional a substructure light (125t load, height 4,7m) as
well as a substructure heavy (220t load, height 5,3m) including a carrier ramp can be
