The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres, a non-profit
organisation established by Swami Vishnudevananda in 1957,
have been teaching Yoga as a life style for the last 50 years.
The goal of Yoga is inner and outer peace and the realisation of
unity in diversity.
The Ashram de Yoga Sivananda is the first Sivananda Ashram
established in Europe. It was founded in 2000. This haven of
peace welcomes people seeking a healthy and balanced life
style and want to develop a spiritual and positive vision of life
based on the teachings of Swami Sivananda.
Its natural setting is very conducive to contemplation and
rejuvenation: vast open spaces, old forests with century old
trees populated with countless species of birds, breathtaking
sunrises and sunsets.

Neuville aux bois is a small village situated one hour from Paris,
in the famous Loire Valley. It is easily accessible from Paris on
the motorway or by train (Les Aubrais Orléans).
The Sivananda Yoga Ashram is open year round.
You may arrive on any day and stay as long as you wish.
