Subdivision number 1779, Certificate of Title<br />

Volume 10681, Folio 285 and the adjoining<br />

Right of Way between the two properties,<br />

described in Certificate of Title Volume 3314,<br />

Folio 709.<br />

The Amendment proposes to rezone the land<br />

from Business 5 Zone to Public Use Zone 6<br />

(Local <strong>Government</strong>) and remove the Public<br />

Acquisition Overlay 2 from the land at Nos. 5<br />

and 7 Shepparson Avenue, Carnegie and the<br />

right of way between the two properties.<br />

A copy of the Amendment, any documents<br />

that support the Amendment and the explanatory<br />

report about the Amendment can be inspected<br />

during office hours free of charge at either: Glen<br />

Eira City Council, Service Centre, Glen Eira<br />

Town Hall, corner of Glen Eira and Hawthorn<br />
