This annual <strong>EEO</strong> <strong>Report</strong> is filed on behalf of WMKI (<strong>AM</strong>) (the “Station”) in<br />
compliance with the FCC’s <strong>EEO</strong> reporting requirements. WMKI (<strong>AM</strong>) is a <strong>Radio</strong><br />
<strong>Disney</strong> Group, LLC owned radio station and is located in Waltham, MA. This report<br />
includes information from December 1, <strong>2012</strong> through November 30, 2013 and it will be<br />
