Fuel surcharge is charged additionaly.
For each additional parcel to the same address we offer discount in the amount of 190.00 Kn per parcel

For parties with continuous deliveries we offer special discounts.
Each parcel is automatically insured in the amount of 520.00 EUR.
Accompanying documents for export consists of original invoices in 4 copies and export dispositions.
In the case of Goods with origin, additional statement of origin forms must be filled out.
The invoice must include the parity under which goods are leaving, gross and net weight, and number of
parcels or cartons (depending on how it is packed).
Invoices must be original and have specification of goods in the parcel, expressed in unit value and the final
total value.

All prices are per parcel, do not include VAT.
Currency is calculated according to the middle exchange rate of HNB (Croatian National Bank).
The fee of € 30 per shipment will be charged for customs documents (export clearance).
An additional fee of € 5 will be charged in the case of incomplete documentation.
In case of difference in weight between the declaration and real weight charge will be € 5.
The above fees are valid if at least 5 parcels are in the shipment. In the case of less than 5 parcels in the
shipment there is an additional fee of € 5.
*All parcels to Norway and Switzerland will be charged an additional € 27 per shipment.
The sender needs to prepare the original invoices, which must include:
the exact address of the recipient, telephone number and contact person
a description and specification of goods in the parcel, the unit price and total price
parity (INCOTERMS), the number of parcels, gross and net weight.

Upon arrival of your shipment You will be notified immediately and will be offered:
1. Custom clearance services in the amount of 250,00 kn + VAT and warehouse fee in the amount of
50,00 kn + VAT.
* When it comes to 2 (two) clearance for 1 (one) shipment, that is, a regular clearance + free imports
in the same shipment, the free import will be charged 50% of the price of clearance services in
import
2. Selection of other forwarders - in this case the costs of paper redemption from DPD is 120,00 kn +
VAT . Notice of arrival 30,00 kn + VAT.
Custom clearance, taxes, VAT, health and market review are paid depending on the type of goods You import.
Please note that for arrived shipments custom clearance can only be done on CI Podsused.
In the case of incomplete or incorrectly filled documentation, the above transit time is not valid!
