Services and facilities for guest use Guests will have free access to the following activities (subject to availability and change): Fitness center Welcome drink Fruit basket upon arrival Free WiFi Hotspot (in the boutique- and bar-area) Free WiFi access in the rooms Telescope on the beach (occasionally) Windsurfing (selection of boards from beginners to advanced) Canoes (single and double units) Snorkeling equipment Limited amount of water, coffee and tea in the room Honeymoon Special (in room upon arrival or in the evening) Complimentary fruit basket A bottle of sparkling wine with strawberries Cancellation fees / No shows 30 – 15 days before arrival: a cancellation penalty charge amounting to 25% of the total reserved nights per villa (on BB) 14 – 08 days before arrival: a cancellation penalty charge amounting to 50% of the total reserved nights per villa (on BB) 07 – 02 days before arrival: a cancellation penalty charge amounting to 75% of the total reserved nights per villa (on BB) 01 day or no shows and early departures: will be charged at 100% of total reserved nights per villa (on BB) plus one way air fare of the seaplane transfer Seaplane transfers The seaplanes only fly during day time hours from 06:00 to 16:00 hours. (Seaplane timetables change daily. Guests will be advised of their return flight time the day prior to departure). Rate: US$ 450.00 per person and round-trip by daytime. The seaplane transfer is always from Malé International Airport to the Hotel and back to Malé International Airport. 50% discount will be given to children aged 2-11.99 years for the seaplane transfer Infants aged under 2 years will travel free of charge on seaplane transfers Baggage allowance per person is 20kg and 5kg for hand luggage. Extra luggage charges are to be paid by the guest to the airline directly Alternative transfer with domestic airline The domestic aircrafts fly additionally at nighttime, so this is especially an option for passengers arriving in Male on an international flight after 15.30hrs Male time (so staying as well the first night at the resort instead of staying in Male). Rate: US$ 450.00 per person and round-trip, the transfer is always from Malé International Airport to the domestic airport Maamigili (ca. 20 minutes flight) and from there by speed-boat (ca. 20 minutes) to Mirihi and the same way back. 50% discount will be given to children aged 2-11.99 years for the transfer Infants aged under 2 years will travel free of charge (if no seat occupied) Baggage allowance per person is 25kg and 5kg for hand luggage. Discount for Early Bookings FREE MEALPLAN UPGRADE Eligible for early booking discount The latest reservation date eligible for the early booking discount is always by lead-time, so the booking can be made until 30 days before arrival date (rolling early-bird). Eligible periods for early booking discount (on STAY-DATE) Stay-date 20 th April 2015 until 30 th September 2015 (including) Discounts for early bookings: PAY BB AND GET HB / PAY 30$ AND GET FB BB = HB If you make a booking on bed and breakfast (BB), we will grant you a free upgrade to half-board (HB) for the entire stay OR BB = FB If you make a booking on bed and breakfast (BB), you will only have to pay 30$ per person and per night to upgrade to full-board (FB) for the entire stay 10% DISCOUNT ON THE ROOM RATE Eligible for early booking discount The latest reservation date eligible for the early booking discount is always by lead-time, so the booking can be made until 75 days before arrival date (rolling early-bird).
