l'Arrivée HOTEL & SPA in Dortmund uses<br />
Merten KNX technology for its lighting<br />
system. It was clear right from <strong>the</strong> planning<br />
phase: that <strong>the</strong> hotel was to follow a<br />
uniform design concept. This also included<br />
lighting adjusted to <strong>the</strong> particular<br />
surroundings. The operators wanted <strong>the</strong><br />
KNX system to be plug-and-play-enabled<br />
and easy to operate. Decentralised control<br />
<strong>of</strong> various elements, such as <strong>the</strong> lighting in<br />
<strong>the</strong> rooms and conference area as well as<br />
<strong>the</strong> lighting mood in <strong>the</strong> bar and restaurant,<br />
was also to be made possible.<br />

Schneider Electric is to <strong>of</strong>fer Ford customers<br />
a uniform solution across Europe<br />
for charging <strong>the</strong>ir electrically powered<br />
vehicles. The Schneider Electric EVlink<br />
charging station provides private households<br />
and fleet operators all over Europe<br />
with a quick, reliable and convenient way<br />
<strong>of</strong> charging <strong>the</strong>ir battery-powered electric<br />
vehicles like <strong>the</strong> Ford Focus Electric<br />
and plug-in hybrids. The charging station<br />
meets both European Directives and<br />
Ford's internal standards.<br />

The largest airport in Germany put its trust<br />
in Schneider Electric's proven technology<br />
once again with <strong>the</strong> construction <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

stations, 42 cast-resin transformers,<br />
