COUNCIL MEETINGS<br />
• General <strong>Council</strong> Meetings are open to members of the public and press.<br />
Procedures are governed by <strong>Council</strong> meetings procedures by-law. The<br />
<strong>Council</strong> also have a number of sub-committees that discuss issues relating<br />
to <strong>Council</strong> decision.<br />
• <strong>Council</strong> Meetings are held at 7pm on the fourth Tuesday of every month.<br />
A period of 15 minutes is set aside for a session of questions from the<br />
gallery. Community members are limited to one question per person.<br />
Questions are asked through the Mayor.<br />
• Sub Committee Meetings are held when required.<br />
• <strong>Council</strong> meetings are held in the <strong>Renmark</strong> <strong>Council</strong> Chambers, <strong>Renmark</strong><br />
<strong>Council</strong> Office, Ral Ral Avenue, <strong>Renmark</strong>.<br />
• <strong>Council</strong>s minutes for each meeting are displayed on <strong>Council</strong>s website –<br />
www.renmarkparinga.sa.gov.au and at the <strong>Council</strong> Offices and Public<br />
Library.<br />
