In order to be able to provide early check in and/or late check out (subject to availability) it would be important if you
could provide us with your flight details below. When making your flight arrangements, be sure to arrive on Monday
8 th September early in the morning as the conference will begin at 11:00 am.

RATE OVERVIEW
The registration fee for the conference includes all meals and events from September 8th through to breakfast on
September 10th. Your accommodation will be booked by WORLDHOTELS according to your requirements. There is a
special rate for delegates who wish to arrive earlier or stay longer or for those who wish to invite along a spouse or
partner.
I: Conference Registration Fees
The standard conference registration fee of EUR 1390.- per person applies to all delegates. Your registration
includes: accommodation, breakfast, all F&B, participation in all conference meetings and events arranged from
September 8th (as of 11:00 am) and September 10th. This rate is on a "per person" basis and applies to all
delegates from WORLDHOTELS member properties and employees.
Extras are not included in the registration fee and are in the responsibility of the registrant at time of check-out.
II: Spouse/Partner
We invite you to bring along your spouse or partner at a rate of EUR 450,- per person, including breakfast and
participation in all evening events arranged for the group on September 8th and 9th. This rate is applicable for a
spouse/partner who is sharing the room with a conference participant, but where the spouse/partner is not
attending the conference business meetings.
III: Extra night
Room rate of EUR 150,- for single and double occupancy per room and night is available to you for all extra nights
not included in the package and is subject to availability.
PAYMENT POLICY
Form of Payment and Reservation Guarantee
Your reservation is guaranteed upon payment of the Leadership Forum Package fee. The total amount of the forum
package is due upon registration. WORLDHOTELS will send you an invoice as soon as your credit card has been
charged. If you have any enquiries regarding method of payment or should you wish to pay via bank transfer, please
contact us on aforster@worldhotels.com.
I hereby accept the payment policies and I confirm the payment of the TOTAL forum package upon registration.
Please contact Andrea Forster aforster@worldhotels.com to get the credit card authorization form or download it
under http://www.worldhotels.com/Rome2007/ and herewith authorizing the payment through WORLDHOTELS
within the required period of time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no cancellation fee for bookings cancelled prior to 30 days before date of arrival.

Registrations cancelled after 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Registrations cancelled after 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
