payment to be made at Samshni.
G.-Foreign Goods imported from Canton into Shiuhing
or 'rakhiug will pay no duty beyond the original import duty
levied at Canton.
7.-Foreign Goods importeu from Samshui into either
J(ongmoon, Kmnchuk, Shiuhiug or 'l'akhing will pay no duty
beyond the original import duty levied at Samshui.
8.-Native Goods shippeu from Canton for Kongmoon or
Kumchuk pay a full duty on shipmen~ at Canton.
