Event Code.: M130907WLXiamen’s China International Fair for Investment and Trade (“CIFIT”), organised by theMinistry of Commerce, PRC, takes place everyyear in September. CIFIT is the sole internationalinvestment promotion fair in the mainland thatfacilitates bilateral investment, and also thelargest global investment event approved by theGlobal Association of the Exhibition Industry.This year will be the 17th CIFIT, and it isexpected to attract Mainland and foreign participants from over 100 countries, eager to learn moreabout the investment environment, policies and projects taking place across the Mainland.HKGCC will organize a mission to Xiamen to participate in the fair from 7-8 September. This year’stheme is "Bringing In and Going Out," with a heavy focus on national and international exchanges,investment projects, and policy promotion. Participants will also learn more about regional economiccoordination, as well as growing trade across the Taiwan Strait.The 17th CIFIT will take place at a new exhibition hall measuring 100,000 sq. meters. It’s also thefirst time for that CIFIT will host a Project Matchmaking event, at which delegates can exploreinvestment projects and business partners. In addition, Central Government leaders, foreigngovernment dignitaries, senior executives from international economic organizations, prominenteconomists and senior management from multinational corporations have been invited to attendCIFIT’s International Investment Forum, some of whom will discuss the latest global economicissues.If you are interested in mingling with representatives from various sectors, please return the completedregistration form with payment by 22 August, 2013.
