405. Schedules shall be used in the CCA to document the following CCEB Nation<br />

specific items:<br />

• Version details for the CP and Certificate Practice Statement<br />

• List the policy identifiers (OIDs) that shall be mapped in the crosscertification<br />

and levels of assurance<br />

• PKI architecture and operation details including CRL issuance frequency,<br />

latency, and publication<br />

• Non-conformances for each NDPKI in relation to the CPMC<br />

• Use of group and role based certificates<br />

• If applicable, the parameters regarding the use of anonymous certificates<br />

• Face to face authentication outside of bounds required<br />

CCA TEMPLATE<br />

406. A template for a CCA can be found in Annex B. If the language (outside of<br />

substituting the CCEB Nation called out) is not used verbatim from the template, CCEB<br />

nations need to ensure that the intention of all of the statements listed in the template are<br />

covered in their CCA’s. It is recommended that each NDPKI legally review and confirm<br />

the prepared CCA prior to entering the CCA.<br />

CCA SIGNATORY AUTHORITY<br />

407. Each NDPKI PMA will determine the signatory authority required to execute the<br />

CCA and advise the other Participant of the relevant authority. The respective Participant<br />

shall validate the designated representative’s authorization to act on behalf of the other<br />

NDPKI.<br />
