Description
The Fluid Tubes can be used to make a connection between Multiflux microfluidic
connectors and the Mitos P-Pump. The tubing can also be used to connect to Mitos
Syringe Pumps or Flow Rate Sensors in combination with an end fitting as described in
the End Fittings and Ferrules section of this datasheet.
The FEP Tube is translucent to allow viewing of fluids and is manufactured to high
diameter and concentricity tolerances. The PTFE Tube has high pressure and
temperature capability. PEEK tubing has the highest maximum operating pressure and
temperature range.

End Fitting and Ferrules
The tubes can be connected to the Mitos Syringe Pump or other modules that have a ¼-
28 thread using an end fitting and ferrule as shown below:
The End Fittings and Ferrules are supplied in a pack of 10
that contains:
10 Delrin end fittings with ¼-28 thread
10 ETFE ferrules
1 PTFE pipe cutter
These packs are available for use with 1.6mm (1/16”) OD tubing (Part No. 3000477) or
0.8mm (1/32”) OD tubing (Part No. 3200307).
Please Note: Due to the small internal diameter of the PEEK Tubing, 0.8mm x
0.025mm, 5ft (Part No. 3200417), we recommend that tubing is cut in a clean place
and is used with the Ferrule with Integrated Filter (pack of 10) (Part No. 3200245) to
avoid blockages.
