September 11, 2001 will be remembered as one <strong>of</strong> the most horrific days<br />
our country has ever experienced! Upon hearing <strong>of</strong> the first attack on the<br />
World Trade <strong>Center</strong>, parents and students paused for a moment <strong>of</strong> silence.<br />
This event affected everyone in various ways, however, the <strong>Miami</strong> <strong>Lakes</strong><br />
<strong>Educational</strong> <strong>Center</strong> family did not stand idly by. We gave blood, made<br />
monetary donations, and participated in a bear drive.<br />
