<strong>CJC</strong> Off-l<strong>in</strong>e Filters<br />
for All On-board Applications<br />
<strong>CJC</strong> Filters are of compact design and based on a modular build-up pr<strong>in</strong>ciple,<br />
depend<strong>in</strong>g on purpose and volume of oil. The <strong>CJC</strong> Filter types shown<br />
here are only a very small extract of <strong>the</strong> whole range. If needed, <strong>CJC</strong><br />
Filters can be customized to meet certa<strong>in</strong> conditions.<br />
Thrusters<br />
Thrusters operate <strong>in</strong> a difficult environment.<br />
Besides <strong>the</strong> contam<strong>in</strong>ation<br />
of particles and oxidation residues,<br />
<strong>the</strong>re is a risk of cont<strong>in</strong>uous<br />
water <strong>in</strong>gress.<br />
The <strong>CJC</strong> PTU and D series are<br />
capable of remov<strong>in</strong>g water to very<br />
low levels cont<strong>in</strong>uously. If <strong>the</strong> oil<br />
will demulsify, <strong>the</strong> PTU series offer<br />
water removal and f<strong>in</strong>e filtration <strong>in</strong><br />
one unit.<br />
If <strong>the</strong> oil is emulsified, <strong>the</strong> D series<br />
offer a solution to remove <strong>the</strong> water.<br />
In both cases you can avoid expensive<br />
unscheduled dry-dock<strong>in</strong>gs.<br />

Oily water separator<br />
Overboard discharges from Oily<br />
Water Separators receive <strong>in</strong>creased<br />
attention from Port State Authorities.<br />
Regulations dictate an oil content of<br />
15 ppm as a maximum <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> effluent.<br />
Blue Baleen System<br />
The <strong>CJC</strong> Blue Baleen System is<br />
capable of br<strong>in</strong>g<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> effluent<br />
below 5 ppm, reduc<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> environmental<br />
footpr<strong>in</strong>t and ensur<strong>in</strong>g compliance<br />
with regulations, locally and<br />
globally.<br />
