SECTION VI – SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS<br />
To provide a summary of <strong>SESAME</strong> requirements: item description (per lot if applicable), quantities and final delivery<br />
points. In case the items will be destined <strong>to</strong> multiple sites, a distribution list reflecting the split of items per final<br />
destination <strong>to</strong> be provided <strong>to</strong> facilitate logistics planning for packing/marking.<br />
In case special services such as installation/commissioning and training are required, any information e.g. on site<br />
conditions, etc. that is considered important <strong>to</strong> the <strong>Bid</strong>ders is provided in this Section.<br />
The format shown below should be used in preparing the Schedule of Requirements. The format uses a specific<br />
structure which may or may not be applicable but are indicated <strong>to</strong> serve as examples.<br />
