Ms Josie Rizza<br />
BEc , CA, Grad Dip Applied Finance<br />
and Investment, GAICD<br />
Josie joined the Board of <strong>Austin</strong> <strong>Health</strong> in<br />
2005. She chairs the Finance Committee<br />
and is a member of the Audit Committee<br />
and the Remuneration Committee.<br />
Josie has expertise in finance,<br />
accounting, corporate governance and<br />
risk management. Josie is a Chartered<br />
Accountant and previously had a senior<br />
role in a large multi-national, public<br />
company providing tax planning advice.<br />
Josie has served on the Victorian Eye<br />
and Ear Hospital Board and chaired<br />
the Audit and Finance and Investment<br />
Management Committees.<br />
Josie is currently the Treasurer for and<br />
a director of Tweddle Child and Family<br />
<strong>Health</strong> Services. In that capacity she<br />
chairs the Finance and Risk Management<br />
Committee. Josie is also the Chair of<br />
the Finance, Governance and Audit<br />
Committee for The Queen Victoria<br />
Women’s Centre Trust and sits as a<br />
Trust member.<br />
Josie is also an independent member<br />
of the Audit Committee for the Victorian<br />
Department of Treasury and Finance.<br />
Professor David Scott MB BS MD<br />
MS FRACS<br />
David joined the Board in 2005 and<br />
was RACS Executive Director, Head<br />
of Vascular and Transplant Surgery at<br />
Monash Medical Centre and Professor<br />
and Chair of Monash University<br />
Department of Surgery.<br />
David chairs the Clinical Safety and<br />
Quality Committee and is a member<br />
of the Finance Committee.<br />
David previously served on the board<br />
of Victorian Ministerial Council on<br />
Medical Workforce Management and<br />
Medical Training Review Panel for the<br />
Commonwealth Department of <strong>Health</strong><br />
and Ageing.<br />
David also chaired the RACS International<br />
Humanitarian Surgical Aid Program<br />
and was medical director for East Timor<br />
AusAid Specialist Surgical Program.<br />
Mr Robert Webster<br />
DBA, FCPA, FRICS, FAPI, MAICD<br />
Robert chairs the Audit Committee<br />
and is a member of the Finance and<br />
Resources Committee. A Fellow of both<br />
the Australian Property Institute and<br />
the Royal Institution of Chartered<br />
Surveyors, Robert is program leader<br />
of property postgraduate studies at<br />
RMIT University’s School of Property,<br />
Construction and Project Management.<br />
He is also Senior Vice-President of the<br />
Victorian branch of the RSL.<br />
