In compliance with the requirements of<br />

the Standing Directions of the Minister<br />

for Finance, details in respect of the<br />

items listed below have been retained<br />

by <strong>Austin</strong> <strong>Health</strong> and are available to<br />

the relevant Ministers, Members of<br />

Parliament and the public on request<br />

(subject to the freedom of information<br />

requirements, if applicable):<br />

a. A statement of pecuniary interest has<br />

been completed.<br />

b. Details of shares held by senior<br />

officers as nominee or held<br />

beneficially.<br />

c. Details of publications produced by the<br />

department about the activities of the<br />

entity and where they can be obtained.<br />

d. Details of changes in prices, fees,<br />

charges, rates and levies charged by<br />

the entity.<br />

carried out on the entity.<br />

development activities undertaken<br />

by the entity that are not otherwise<br />

relations within the entity and details of<br />

time lost through industrial accidents<br />

and disputes, which is<br />

not otherwise detailed in the <strong>Report</strong><br />

by the entity, the purposes of each<br />

committee and the extent to which the<br />

purposes have been achieved.<br />

WORK FORCE DATA<br />

In <strong>2008</strong>-<strong>09</strong>, workforce data reporting<br />

requirements changed from reporting<br />

YTD numbers to reporting staffing<br />

numbers in the month of June 20<strong>09</strong>. If<br />

the same reporting method was applied<br />

in 2007-08, the current month head<br />

count number would have been 6,198.<br />
