The RadWorks Connection Service sends out a notification (N-EVENT-REPORT) to remote
DICOM system, indicating that the study status of that system has changed.

3.1.2.9 Request a Study Status Change from a Remote System
3.1.2.9.1 Associated Real World Activity
The RadWorks Connection Service sends out a request to a remote DICOM system,
requesting the change of the study status for a certain study, residing on the remote system.
It will use a DICOM N-SET command for this.
