The Dolomite Centre Ltd Double Emulsion Generation Double emulsions have many important applications in nutrition, cosmetics and the pharmaceutical industry. With this technology, an active ingredient or cell can be enclosed inside a protective outer layer. The Double Chip Interface H is designed to be used for interfacing droplet junction chips with hydrophobic and hydrophilic surface properties to enable double emulsion research. By selecting the correct configuration of hydrophobic and hydrophilic droplet junction chips, both water-in-oil-in-water and oil-in-water-in-oil droplets can be generated. Required surface properties for the generation of water-in-oil-in-water droplets Custom Options The Double Chip Interface H is compatible with chips of dimensions 15 x 22.5 x 4 mm.
