NOTE :-
1. The In-Charge of the Regional Office will be the CPIO (Central Public <strong>Information</strong>
Officer) in respect of Sub-Offices & RALs under their jurisdiction. In case the
information asked by the applicant under the R.T.I Act is available with him at R.O
level, he shall provide the same to the applicant.
2. In case the information asked from the CPIO under the Act is available only at
Sub-Office/RAL level, the request would be transferred to the In-Charge of Sub-
Office/RAL level, the request would be transferred to the In-Charge of such Sub-
Office/R.A.L(Assistant CPIO) for reply direct to the applicant.
3. The ACPIOs shall provide the information directly to the applicants in respect of
information held by them in respect of Sub-Offices/R.A.Ls assuming themselves as CPIO
for the particular field office.
Though, every efforts have been made to publish the above information
correct as far as possible. However, in case, any error is notice by the
viewer, the same may be intimated to the Under Secretary, Directorate of
Marketing & Inspection, Head Office, CGO Complex, NH-IV, Faridabad
(Haryana).
