To supervise all works relating to accounts and
budget of the Directorate.

the analytical data obtained in the lab.
Carrying out research on the quality control
aspects of Oils, Fats and other agricultural
commodities.
Planning and collection of statistical data in
marketing survey and investigation and its
compilation and interpretation.
Analysis of Ghee, Vegetable Oils, Butter and
other agricultural commodities.
Interpretation on analytical data.
