One hundred and thirty-five species had 30 or fewer individual site records in the
ANHAT database (Table 62). This represents more than one-third of all the species
with records in the database. Of those species, 11 are classified as threatened
(including five species classified as endangered). No information has been obtained
on the vegetation associations of species in this family and so patterns cannot be
assessed. There are no obvious patterns in the locations of these species in Australia,
with species being present from all areas, although there are not many species with
accurate range data. These species have been excluded from analysis but are included
here for reference. Exclusion of these poorly recorded species eliminates 1830
records.
