MINUTES<br />
1. Wausaukee Planning Commission Call to Order; Wausaukee Village Board Call to<br />
Order – Planning Commission Chairman Ray Gordon called the meeting to order at<br />
5:30pm. Commission members present were Dave Messar, Mike Messar, Ann Hartnell<br />
and John Ranallo. President Townsend called the meeting to order at 5:30pm. Board<br />
members present were Ann Hartnell, Jason Figas, Kyle Stumbris, John Ranallo, Rosie<br />
Figas and Hilbert Radtke. Also in attendance were Clerk Toshia Ranallo and Dave<br />
Zahn from the Peshtigo Times.<br />
2. Approval of Agenda – Ranallo made a motion seconded by Rosie Figas to approve the<br />
agenda as printed. Motion carried.<br />
3. Public Hearing on Revised Zoning Code and Subdivision and Land Division Code –<br />
There were no public comments.<br />
4. Discuss/consider – Advisory Plan Commission Recommendation Regarding Revised<br />
Zoning and Land Division Ordinances. Action if any. Mike Messar made a motion<br />
seconded by Dave Messar to advise the Village Board to adopt the revised Zoning Code<br />
and Subdivision and Land Division Code. Motion carried.<br />
5. Adjourn – Mike Messar made a motion seconded by Dave Messar to adjourn the Plan<br />
Commission meeting at 5:56pm. Motion carried.<br />

7. Discuss/consider – Recommendation Regarding Revised Zoning and Land Division<br />
Ordinances. Action if any. Ranallo made a motion seconded by Hartnell to approve the<br />
Wausaukee Plan Commission recommendation to adopt the revised Zoning Code and<br />
Subdivision and Land Division Code. Motion carried.<br />
8. Adjourn – Stumbris made a motion seconded by Jason Figas to adjourn the meeting at<br />
6:00pm. Motion carried.<br />
