APPENDIX<br />

1. The <strong>International</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Belgrade</strong> charges <strong>the</strong> families <strong>of</strong> Diploma Program candidates<br />

<strong>the</strong> following <strong>IB</strong> fees:<br />

*fees are subject to annual change by <strong>the</strong> <strong>IB</strong>O – fees estimation for <strong>2012</strong><br />

‣ Registration fee (per candidate) before November 15 $ 145<br />

‣ Subject fee (per subject / per candidate) $ 100<br />

‣ Re-take exam fee (per candidate) $ 100<br />

(TOK and EE including)<br />

2. Additionally, families will cover <strong>the</strong> cost <strong>of</strong> any registration amendments (per candidate), e.g.<br />

amendment to a registration category, subject, level, including <strong>the</strong>ory <strong>of</strong> knowledge and <strong>the</strong><br />

extended essay), and <strong>the</strong> appeals (per candidate)<br />

‣ Between <strong>the</strong> first and second registration deadline $ 32<br />

‣ After <strong>the</strong> second registration deadline, January 15 $ 127<br />

‣ Appeals (under article 29 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> General regulations) $ 237<br />

3. <strong>IB</strong> charges covered by <strong>the</strong> school<br />

‣ Within <strong>the</strong> period between 6 th July (<strong>IB</strong> results issued) – September 15 th , <strong>the</strong> candidate<br />

might show <strong>the</strong> intent to ask for <strong>the</strong> <strong>IB</strong> service “Enquiry upon results”.<br />

‣ With <strong>the</strong> agreement <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> subject teacher and <strong>the</strong> <strong>IB</strong> DP coordinator, <strong>the</strong> coordinator<br />

would apply for <strong>the</strong> service <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> specific exam(s) remarking.<br />

4. Legalization <strong>of</strong> <strong>IB</strong> results / diploma or certificates<br />

For a number <strong>of</strong> countries, such as India, Poland, Turkey, Serbia, Croatia, <strong>the</strong> apostille stamp<br />

(The Hague Stamp) replaces legalization by <strong>the</strong> consulate.<br />

However, a number <strong>of</strong> countries, such as Italy, Slovenia, Egypt, Argentina, ask for <strong>the</strong> <strong>IB</strong><br />

diploma / certificates to be legalized for <strong>the</strong> purpose <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir country’s universities entrance.<br />

Upon students or parents request, <strong>the</strong> <strong>IB</strong> DP coordinator will apply for <strong>the</strong> service, and <strong>the</strong><br />

families will be charged for <strong>the</strong> legalization <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> diploma / certificate.<br />

‣ Legalization <strong>of</strong> diploma results $ 110<br />

‣ <strong>IB</strong> results to universities (per candidate) - <strong>the</strong>re is no charge for first six universities<br />
