Retort furnaces<br />

Die Anlagen der Baureihe XRETORT sind Heißwandöfen mit Retorten aus hochhitzebeständigen Legierungen.<br />

Die Beheizung erfolgt durch Heizelemente außerhalb der Retorte.<br />

Die Anlagen können als reine Vakuumöfen ausgelegt sein, oder aber sie werden nach dem Evakuieren mit Inertgas oder<br />

Wasserstoff betrieben.<br />

» Vakuumlöten<br />

The furnaces of the XRETORT series are furnaces with retorts of high temperature resistant alloys, The heating<br />

elements are outside the working chamber.<br />

The furnaces can be operated under (high) vacuum or protective gases incl. Hydrogen.<br />

Applications:<br />

» Annealing of metals<br />

» Dewaxing<br />

» Brazing under vacuum<br />

» Tempering<br />

Семейство печей с горячими стенками рабочей камеры (нагреватели расположены вне рабочей камеры). Печи<br />

могут работать в высоковакуумном режиме и с напуском среды защитных газов. Изготавливаются также в<br />

специальном исполнении для особо чистых процессов: объект после термообработки может хранится или<br />

транспортироваться отдельно от печи в специальном мобильном контейнере без разрыва вакуума или среды<br />

защитных газов.<br />
